NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS.

only exchange depending on item if defected  depending on the collection availability.

- Customer is responsible for return or exchange shipping fee
- Return items must be in the same condition we sent it to you and unworn to qualify for an exchange if applicable 

TO SUBMIT YOUR exchange contact us through contact@gemsbyy.com with proof of purchase or receipt, order number and reason for exchange.

(Please note that items sent back to us without contacting us first and approved will not be accepted)

If exhange is approved, we will automatically refund you on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember the days on your refund is based on your bank or credit card company processing time. 

On exchanges once we receive your item back and inspect item, you will receive your exchange within 7-14 business days based upon product availability.
