Shipping policy

- Exchanges are valid only for change of the same item purchased if available 
- Customer is responsible for return or exchange shipping fee
- Exchange items must be in the same condition we sent it to you and unworn to qualify for a return or exchange

TO SUBMIT YOUR exchange contact us through contact@gemsbyy.com with proof of purchase or receipt, order number and reason for return or exchange (size).

(Please note that items sent back to us without contacting us first and approved will not be accepted)

If return is approved, we will automatically refund you on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember the days on your refund is based on your bank or credit card company processing time. 

On exchanges once we receive your item back and inspect item, you will receive your exchange within 7-14 business days based upon product availability.
